		<description>There is a good deal of research coming out right now about how checking email can give you a little dopamine rush in your brain.  Do it enough and it becomes addictive.  You physically want to check the email.  Taking back ownership as you suggest is a must to break the cycle.  With the average office worker receiving 100+ emails a day, you have to batch them or your day becomes consumed.</description>
