Do you believe that tiny habits can make a difference? Can you begin to make changes in your life in only 5 minutes a day? Pretty hard to believe right? Dr. BJ Fogg of Stanford University believes so (and I think he just might be right).
Whether we want to admit it or not we are all creatures of habit. Whether it is the way you get ready in the morning or your routine for bed time. Our brain is wired to fulfill our habits both good and bad.
Dr. Fogg has been studying human behavior for over 18 years, and he believes that only 3 things will change behavior over the long term.

- Having a real epiphany
- Changing your context
- Taking baby steps

What is it that you need to change in your life? Do you want your life to be better this year than last? Isn’t it time for you to step up and finally begin to go after your goals in reckless abandonment? Are you looking to:
[list style="Check1blue2"]
- Live a healthier life with more energy
- Spend more quality time with those you love
- Double your productivity and get more done
- Stop the bad habits that are holding you back
- Draw closer to God and walk with Him daily

I began this site a few years ago because I was convinced that developing habits is what helped me to accomplish goals. What you do every single day pulls you in a direction. Either you are heading in the direction you want to go or you are not. Your life right now in this very moment is the sum of all your choices.
Every little choice adds up to give you the present you.
If you are looking to make positive changes this year, Dr. Fogg has a free program that he is running over at TinyHabits.com.
In order to complete the program you must be able to dedicate 12 minutes on the weekend to learn about the habits and select the 3 that you want to have.
Then during the week day, you will need 3 minutes a day to perform your 3 habits. I know it almost seems laughable, right? Well maybe not. Why not go sign up for yourself and see what it is all about.
